These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Rekoodu, including but not limited to web development, app development, graphics design, video & Animation services, and any related products or services (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Rekoodu provides web development, app development, graphics design and video & Animation  services tailored to meet the needs of our clients. Our services may include but are not limited to website design, software development, mobile application development, graphic design, and Video & Animation.

3. Client Responsibilities

– Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their project requirements, objectives, and preferences.
– Clients must cooperate with Rekoodu throughout the development process, providing timely feedback and approvals as necessary.
– Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, licenses, or approvals for the use of third-party content, trademarks, or intellectual property in their projects.

4. Payment Terms

– Payment terms and conditions are outlined in the project proposal or contract provided by Rekoodu.
– Clients are required to make payments according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in delays in project delivery or suspension of services.
– All payments made to Rekoodu are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

– Rekoodu retains ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with the Services, including but not limited to software code, design elements, and creative assets developed during the course of a project.
– Upon full payment of all fees, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables provided by Rekoodu for their intended purposes.

6. Confidentiality

– Rekoodu and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
– Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

– Rekoodu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our Services.
– In no event shall Rekoodu’s total liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services provided.

8. Termination

– Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches any material term of these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period.
– Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Modifications to Terms

– Rekoodu reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of clients to review the Terms periodically for any changes.

10. Governing Law

– These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Information Technology Act, 2000. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Information Technology Act, 2000.
